Shipping Policy

At Tashkeel, every journal is carefully handcrafted and prepared with attention to detail. We aim to dispatch your order as soon as possible, and delivery can take up to 10 days from the date of your order, depending on your location and courier service.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive the available tracking details so you can follow its progress. Please ensure that your shipping address, phone number and other delivery details are entered correctly at checkout. Tashkeel is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address details, failed delivery attempts, courier delays, weather or circumstances beyond our control.

If your order has not arrived within the expected 10-day delivery period, please contact us at tashkeel.in@gmail.com with your order number, and we will be happy to help track your shipment.
